Orders are shipped via courier with tracking and typically arrive within:

  • USA & EU: 2–5 business days
  • All other regions: up to 7 business days

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to customs delays or issues with local carriers. In such cases, we reserve the right to deliver within 45 calendar days.

EU Orders

We participate in the EU One Stop Shop (OSS). VAT is calculated based on your shipping country and displayed at checkout.


Non-EU Orders

No VAT is charged for orders outside of European Union.


All shipments to USA, UK and Australia are made DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties, taxes, tariffs and brokerage fees are included at checkout – no charges on delivery, regardless of order value.


In other regions outside EU you may be responsible for import taxes, customs fees, tariffs, or other local charges. Exception: United States shipments are DDP from 27 August 2025 (see below).


EU Business Orders

Enter a valid EU VAT number at checkout to request a VAT-exempt invoice.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal 30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days from receipt of goods to request a return, no explanation required. Applies to consumers only.

Conditions

  • Items can be handled as in a physical store.
  • AGO Film Processor may be tested by using it for film development.
  • Returned items must be clean, complete and in original packaging.
Return Process
  • Email support@vintagevisual.eu within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return the goods within 14 days of notice or provide proof of shipping.
  • Return shipping is at buyer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation notice.
  • We may delay refunds until items are received or proof is provided.
  • Refunds may be reduced if items show signs of use beyond normal inspection.
Complaints & Faulty Items Items are covered for defects that appear within 2 years of delivery. In the first 6 months, defects are assumed to have been present unless proven otherwise. To File a Complaint

We will offer a repair or replacement free of charge based on what’s most reasonable and mutually acceptable.
