Taxes and Import Duties explained
EU Orders
We participate in the EU One Stop Shop (OSS). VAT is calculated based on your shipping country and displayed at checkout.
Non-EU Orders
No VAT is charged. You are responsible for import taxes, customs fees, tariffs, or other local charges.
USA Customers
- Orders under $800 USD are generally not taxed due to de minimis rules.
- Orders over $800 may incur tariffs or duties depending on product type and value. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
EU Business Orders
Enter a valid EU VAT number at checkout to request a VAT-exempt invoice.
Processes you can do with AGO
Black and white, C41, E6, ECN-2, RA-4 (printing)
Formats you can do with AGO
Standard: 35mm and 120 medium format
Additional: 110, 4×5, 5×7, 9×12 centimeter, 8×10
All other formats up to 8×10 can be developed with AGO in Paper 5 reel.
What tanks can I use with AGO?
AGO is made to connect with Paterson Super System 4 tanks only.
You can connect any Paterson SS4 tank from 1-reel to 8-reel tank to develop multiple rolls of film at once or use large format reels to develop larger film or paper.

We find AGO to be a perfect choice for any film photographer. From beginner to a veteran everybody will find AGO helpful. AGO helps you avoid mistakes, ensures precision and shows every process step so you always know what to do next.
We view AGO as your lab assistant for all film processing. A companion helping you from starting with BW 35mm film to being there when you want to do E6 slide film or try at home RA-4 printing.
Can I get a refund if I don't like AGO?
Yes, you back out in 30 days if you don’t like AGO. Return policy rules apply.
