Custom program for +1, +2, +3 stops films, from the original C41 Cinestill preset.

 - For a film pushed to +1 stop: 242 seconds (4 minutes and 2 seconds)
 - For a film pushed to +2 stops: 273 seconds (4 minutes and 33 seconds)
 - For a film pushed to +3 stops: 305 seconds (5 minutes and 5 seconds)

These times are calculated by increasing the developer time by 15% per stop of pushing!
