Terms of sale
The owner of the online store Vintagevisual.eu (hereinafter the Online Store) is Vintage Visual OÜ (registry code 14999266).
Sales contract validity, product and price information
Terms of sale apply to purchases from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when ordering.
Information about the item is provided in the Online Store right next to the item.
To order items, you must add the desired products to the cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. You will then need to place an order and we will send you an invoice which you can pay for online in the invoice.
The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store (except when ordering rental products, in which case this is confirmed by signing the rental agreement).
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days within 10 days of sending the notice.
Shipments to Estonia, Latvia, and Finland
Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information will be displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 10 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, you have the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days [depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw, the corresponding products and services must be listed and Law of Obligations Act to the conditions listed in § 53 (4)].
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used otherwise than to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund according to the value of the goods. span> In order to return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted, the form of which can be found here: withdrawal application and send it to Acreations.email@example.com within 14 days at the latest upon receipt of the goods.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal request, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the item, whichever comes first. span>
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store will not be required to reimburse the consumer for costs that exceed the normal delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
Right to file a complaint
The online store is responsible for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery and which occurs within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. unless, during the first six months after delivery of the thing to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut this presumption. The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to Acreations.firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling: 53466740
The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (incl. name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal information to the transport company in order to deliver the goods.
The online store will only send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address if the buyer has requested to do so by entering an email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct mail notifications. span>
Buyers can opt out of email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be viewed and the application submitted here . The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The Commission’s review of the buyer’s complaint is free of charge.
