Terms of sale
The owner of the online store Vintagevisual.eu (hereinafter the Online Store) is Vintage Visual OÜ (registry code 14999266), a private limited company based in Estonia.
Sales contract validity, product and price information
Terms of sale apply to all purchases from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price if the purchase amount is lower than 200 EUR (€).
The delivery fee is 30 EUR (€) fixed per order.
Information about the item is provided in the Online Store right next to the item.
To order items, you must add the desired products to the cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields at checkout and select the appropriate method of product delivery. You will then need to place an order and pay either by card or by bank transfer.
Paying with a card is done by entering card details into the right fields. If you choose to make a direct bank transfer we will send you an online invoice to your email entered at checkout. Make the payment at your online bank according to instruction on the invoice.
The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the bank account of the Online Store.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. delivery costs if applicable) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days within 10 days of sending the notice.

Shipments usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, you have the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
For all purchases outside of the European Union, the import taxes and customs fees shall be paid by the customer.

Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. Learn more about your right of withdrawal here.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used otherwise than to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund according to the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal request must be sent to email@example.com within 14 days at the latest upon receipt of the goods.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal request, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the item, whichever comes first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store will not be required to reimburse the consumer for costs that exceed the normal delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
Right to file a complaint
The online store is responsible for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery and which occurs within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. unless, during the first six months after delivery of the thing to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut this presumption. The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling: +372 53466740.
If there is a defect in the purchased goods or you are not satisfied with the purchased service, you have the right to contact the Online Store with the claim.
If you have used and purchased the goods in the usual manner, but there is a defect, you have the right to make a claim within two years of purchase if you discover a manufacturing defect or other defect for which the Online Store is responsible. In the case of the service, you have the right to make a claim within two years of receiving the service.
In the event of defective goods, you have the right to demand that the Online Store repair the product free of charge or replace it with a new product. It will be agreed between the parties which option is the more appropriate, but generally, you must choose a more reasonable way to resolve the problem.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (incl. name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal information to the transport company to deliver the goods.
The online store will only send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address if the buyer has requested to do so by entering an email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct mail notifications.
Buyers can opt out of email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be viewed and the application submitted here .
The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The Commission’s review of the buyer’s complaint is free of charge.
