Battery issues

Battery is not showing full

 

It is a small bug in the software version v6.4

The battery indicator shows empty even though your AGO may be full. If you remove the cable and attach it again usually it shows full battery then.

This is solved in the firmware. Check for update here -> www.vintagevisual.eu/support/

 

Battery not charging

 

Shake your AGO to hear if you hear anything loose inside. Hearing a small metal ball-like sound is not abnormal. Hearing something bigger loose is an issue. If you do, please contact support@vintagevisual.eu.

Hold the right arrow until you see green data shown. Check your battery voltage, a full battery has >3500mv of energy. Check charging by attaching a charging cable and see if you get a reading at USB mv. If you’re not getting a reading, try another charging cable and adapter set to confirm. Contact support@vintagevisual.eu.

 

Your AGO is not turning on or is restarting
