1. General Information
1.1. The owner of the online store Vintagevisual.eu
(hereinafter the “Online Store”) is
Vintage Visual OÜ (registry code
14999266), a private limited company based in Estonia.
1.2. These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made in the Online Store.
1.3. By placing an order in the Online Store, you (the “Buyer”)
agree to these Terms of Sale. If you have any questions, please contact us at

2. Product and Price Information
2.1. The prices of products sold in the Online Store are shown next to each product.
2.2. All prices in the Online Store include 22% VAT
(Value Added Tax).
2.3. Each product in the Online Store has an information section providing details on
its features, specifications, and usage.
2.4. If the Online Store cannot deliver a purchased item due to unavailability or any
other reason, the Buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made
(including delivery costs, if applicable) will be refunded within
10 days of sending the notice.
3. Checkout and Payment
3.1. To order items, add the desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
3.2. At checkout, please fill in the required data fields accurately (name, shipping
address, etc.). The Buyer can pay by:
• Credit/Debit Card (by entering card details)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer (the Online Store will send you an invoice via email for payment)
3.3. The sales contract enters into force upon receipt of the payment in the Online Store’s
bank account.
4. Shipping Policy
4.1. Regions We Ship To
We ship all over the world:
• Europe (see Section 4.4 for the “Europe+” country list)

• North America (Canada, USA, Mexico)
• Asia/Oceania selected (China, Taiwan, Japan, Australia,
Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, New Zealand)
Note: We do not ship to
Russia or Belarus.
4.2. Free Shipping for AGO Film Processor
• AGO Film Processor always ships free,
regardless of destination.
• If your order includes the AGO Film Processor and any
additional products, your entire order ships free.
4.3. Weight-Based Shipping Rates (for Orders Not Including AGO Film Processor)
Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order and your shipping zone.

4.4. “Europe+” Countries
For reference, the “Europe+” group includes (but may not be limited to):
Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City
4.5. Delivery Times
• Shipments usually arrive at the specified destination within
3–7 working days from when the sales contract enters into force.
• In exceptional cases, the Online Store reserves the right to deliver the goods
within 45 calendar days if unexpected delays occur
(e.g., customs hold-ups, carrier issues).
5. Taxes and Duties
5.1. EU One Stop Shop (OSS)
We participate in the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) system. This means for orders
shipped within the European Union, we charge the VAT rate of the
destination country, rather than Estonia’s 22% VAT. Your final VAT amount
will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your EU shipping address.
5.2. Non-EU Orders
For orders shipped outside the EU, no VAT is charged. However, you may be
responsible for import taxes, customs fees, and other local charges,
depending on your country’s regulations.
5.3. VAT for EU Companies
If you are an EU-based company with a valid EU VAT code, please enter it at checkout to
be eligible for a VAT refund under the relevant OSS rules.

6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. After receiving the order, a consumer Buyer has the
right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days,
without giving a reason.
6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer
is a legal entity.
6.3. During the 14-day withdrawal period:
• You may use the goods only to the extent necessary to verify their nature,
characteristics, and functioning as you would in a physical store.
• Exception for AGO Film Processor: You are allowed to use
the AGO Film Processor (and its parts) for film developing to fully verify its nature,
characteristics, and functioning.
6.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, email a withdrawal request to
support@vintagevisual.eu no later than
14 days after receiving the goods.
6.5. The cost of returning the goods is generally borne by the Buyer, unless the
return is due to an error by the Online Store (e.g., wrong or defective item).
6.6. The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of
submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof of handing them over to the carrier.
6.7. Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments
received from the Buyer under the contract within 14 days
of the withdrawal request, unless the goods show signs of use beyond normal testing.
6.8. The Online Store may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or
until the Buyer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.
7. Right to File a Complaint
7.1. The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the goods that
exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two (2) years
from the date of delivery.
7.2. Within the first six (6) months of delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed
at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store’s responsibility to rebut this presumption.
7.3. If there is a defect in the goods purchased, contact the Online Store at
support@vintagevisual.eu or call
+372 53466740 within a reasonable time (no later than
2 months after discovering the defect).
7.4. In the event of defective goods, the Buyer may request the Online Store to repair
or replace the product free of charge. The decision on whether to repair or replace
generally follows the most reasonable and mutually agreed method.
8. Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
8.1. The Online Store uses personal data provided by the Buyer (name, telephone number,
address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order
and delivering the goods.
8.2. The Online Store will transfer personal data to the transport company
only to the extent necessary for delivering the goods.
8.3. The Online Store will send newsletters and offers to the Buyer’s email address only
if the Buyer has explicitly opted in to receive them.
8.4. Buyers can opt out of email offers and newsletters at any time by:
• Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the email, or
• Contacting us at support@vintagevisual.eu.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. If the Buyer has any complaints about the Online Store, they should be sent to
support@vintagevisual.eu or the Buyer can call
+372 53466740.
9.2. If the Buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the
Buyer can submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee
(if applicable in the Buyer’s jurisdiction). The terms of the procedure can be viewed
and the application submitted here.
Filing a complaint is free of charge.
9.3. Buyers in the European Union can use the
EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
here to resolve disputes.
