1. General Information

1.1. The owner of the online store Vintagevisual.eu (hereinafter the "Online Store") is Vintage Visual OÜ (registry code 14999266), a private limited company based in Estonia, with registered seat at Vahi, Purila küla, Raplamaa, 79661, Estonia.

1.2. These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made in the Online Store.

1.3. By placing an order in the Online Store, you (the "Buyer") agree to these Terms of Sale. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@vintagevisual.eu.

2. Product and Price Information

2.1. The prices of products sold in the Online Store are shown next to each product.

2.2. All prices in the Online Store include VAT (Value Added Tax). For EU customers, the VAT rate of the destination country is applied at checkout (see Section 5.1).

2.3. Each product in the Online Store has an information section providing details on its features, specifications, and usage.

2.4. If the Online Store cannot deliver a purchased item due to unavailability or any other reason, the Buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made (including delivery costs, if applicable) will be refunded within 10 days of sending the notice.

2.5. Despite reasonable care, products in the Online Store may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price, description, or stock status. If the Online Store discovers an obvious error after an order has been placed, it reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment in full. The Buyer will be notified before any cancellation and may choose to confirm the order at the corrected price instead.

3. Checkout and Payment

3.1. To order items, add the desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout.

3.2. At checkout, please fill in the required data fields accurately (name, shipping address, etc.). The Buyer can pay by:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Klarna, in the countries where it appears at checkout
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer (the Online Store will send you an invoice via email for payment)

3.3. The sales contract enters into force upon receipt of the payment in the Online Store's bank account.

4. Shipping

4.1. We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Estonia. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.

4.2. Standard and Express shipping options, free shipping thresholds, delivery times, zone-by-zone rates, and rules for flight-restricted chemistry products are set out in full in our Shipping Policy at vintagevisual.eu/policies/shipping-policy. The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms of Sale.

4.3. In exceptional cases (customs delays, carrier issues), delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

5. Taxes and Duties

5.1. EU One Stop Shop (OSS)

We participate in the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) system. For orders shipped within the European Union, we charge the VAT rate of the destination country (rather than Estonia's standard rate). Your final VAT amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5.2. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

Shipments to the following destinations are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We pay all applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on your behalf, so nothing further is due on delivery:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Japan

5.3. Other International Destinations

For orders shipped outside the EU and not to DDP destinations listed above, no VAT is charged at checkout. The Buyer may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, and other local charges imposed by the destination country, payable on delivery or as required by local authorities.

5.4. VAT for EU Companies

If you are an EU-based company with a valid EU VAT number, please enter it at checkout to be eligible for VAT exemption under the reverse charge mechanism.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. After receiving the order, a consumer Buyer, wherever the goods are delivered, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. For a new AGO Film Processor the period is 30 days. In an order with a new AGO Film Processor and other goods, the 30 days apply to the AGO Film Processor and the 14 days to the other goods.

6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.

6.3. During the withdrawal period:

  • You may use the goods only to the extent necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning as you would in a physical store.
  • Exception for AGO Film Processor: You are allowed to use the AGO Film Processor (and its parts) for film developing to fully verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

6.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed photographic chemistry once the seal has been broken after delivery, as such products are not suitable to be returned for health and safety reasons. Film and photographic paper are ruined by light once their light-tight pack is opened. The right of withdrawal still applies, but the refund is reduced by their full loss of value.

6.5. To exercise the right of withdrawal, email a withdrawal request to support@vintagevisual.eu, or use the form at vintagevisual.eu/pages/right-of-withdrawal, within the period in 6.1.

6.6. The cost of returning the goods is generally borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to an error by the Online Store (e.g., wrong or defective item). The Online Store covers the return postage for the AGO Film Processor. If one is returned in the same parcel as other goods from the order, the Online Store covers the postage for the whole parcel.

6.7. The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof of handing them over to the carrier.

6.8. Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments received from the Buyer under the contract within 14 days of the withdrawal request. If the goods show signs of use beyond normal testing, the Online Store may reduce the refund by the resulting loss in value.

6.9. The Online Store may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or until the Buyer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.

6.10. The withdrawal period starts on the day the Buyer receives the goods. If one order is delivered in several parcels, the period for every item in the order starts on the day the last parcel is received.

6.11. The 30-day period applies to every new AGO Film Processor, including one bought as part of a bundle. A refurbished AGO Film Processor and the other goods in a bundle have the 14-day period.

6.12. The periods in 6.1 apply to orders placed from 28 October 2026. Orders placed before that date keep the 30-day withdrawal period that applied when they were placed.

6.13. Fränk and Fränkie pledged on Indiegogo keep the return terms of that campaign. Fränk and Fränkie bought in the Online Store follow this Section 6.

7. Right to File a Complaint

7.1. The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the goods that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two (2) years from the date of delivery.

7.2. Within the first year of delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery, unless this does not fit the nature of the goods or the defect. It is the Online Store's responsibility to rebut this presumption.

7.3. If there is a defect in the goods purchased, contact the Online Store at support@vintagevisual.eu or call +372 5674 0835 within a reasonable time (no later than 2 months after discovering the defect).

7.4. In the event of defective goods, the Buyer may request the Online Store to repair or replace the product free of charge. The decision on whether to repair or replace generally follows the most reasonable and mutually agreed method.

7.5. If the Online Store replaces the goods, the two-year period in 7.1 starts again on the day the replacement is delivered.

8. Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

8.1. The Online Store uses personal data provided by the Buyer (name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and delivering the goods.

8.2. The Online Store will transfer personal data to the transport company only to the extent necessary for delivering the goods.

8.3. The Online Store will send newsletters and offers to the Buyer's email address only if the Buyer has explicitly opted in to receive them.

8.4. Buyers can opt out of email offers and newsletters at any time by:

  • Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the email, or
  • Contacting us at support@vintagevisual.eu

8.5. Full details on how personal data is collected, stored, and processed are set out in our Privacy Policy at vintagevisual.eu/policies/privacy-policy.

8.6. The Online Store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify handles visitor data during visits and purchases, including to provide services based on interactions with other merchants and with Shopify. Visitor information is shared with Shopify and other third parties that may be located in other countries, to provide services to visitors, including services that use data from interactions with other merchants and with Shopify. Details are in our Privacy Policy and the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1. If the Buyer has any complaints about the Online Store, they should be sent to support@vintagevisual.eu or the Buyer can call +372 5674 0835.

9.2. If the Buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the Buyer can submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn (or the equivalent body in the Buyer's jurisdiction). Its rules and complaint form are at ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee. Filing a complaint is free of charge.

9.3. Buyers in the European Union can find consumer help and the out-of-court dispute bodies for their country at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

9.4. These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved out of court shall be settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights the Buyer has under the law of their country of residence.
