Refund policy

Returns & Right of Withdrawal 30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days from receipt of goods to request a return, no explanation required. Applies to consumers only.

Conditions

  • Items can be handled as in a physical store.
  • The AGO Film Processor is meant to be tested. Develop film with it. Using it for its actual purpose does not reduce your refund and does not affect your right to return it.
  • Return items complete, with all parts and accessories. Use the original packaging if you still have it. A box that looks used is not a problem.
  • Opened chemistry and other consumables cannot be returned, for safety and hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  • Email support@vintagevisual.eu within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return the goods within 14 days of notice or provide proof of shipping.
  • We cover return postage on the AGO Film Processor. Contact support and we will arrange the return label or refund your postage.
  • For all other items, return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation notice.
  • We may delay refunds until items are received or proof is provided.
  • For items other than the AGO Film Processor, refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of use beyond what an in-store inspection would involve.

Complaints & Faulty Items Items are covered for defects that appear within 2 years of delivery. In the first 6 months, defects are assumed to have been present unless proven otherwise. To File a Complaint

We will offer a repair or replacement free of charge based on what’s most reasonable and mutually acceptable.
