Refund policy

Returns & Right of Withdrawal 30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days from receipt of goods to request a return, no explanation required. Applies to consumers only.

Conditions

  • Items can be handled as in a physical store.
  • AGO Film Processor may be tested by using it for film development.
  • Returned items must be clean, complete and in original packaging.

Return Process

  • Email support@vintagevisual.eu within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return the goods within 14 days of notice or provide proof of shipping.
  • Return shipping is at buyer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation notice.
  • We may delay refunds until items are received or proof is provided.
  • Refunds may be reduced if items show signs of use beyond normal inspection.

Complaints & Faulty Items Items are covered for defects that appear within 2 years of delivery. In the first 6 months, defects are assumed to have been present unless proven otherwise. To File a Complaint

We will offer a repair or replacement free of charge based on what’s most reasonable and mutually acceptable.
