Refund policy

Returns & Right of Withdrawal 14-Day Return Policy, 30 Days for AGO, Fränk and Fränkie 

You have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return, no explanation required. For the AGO Film Processor, Fränk and Fränkie you have 30 days. Applies to consumers only, wherever you live.

  • The 30 days also covers an AGO bought in a bundle. Other items in a bundle have 14 days. A refurbished AGO has 14 days.
  • If your order arrives in more than one parcel, both periods count from the day the last parcel arrives.
  • In one order with an AGO, Fränk or Fränkie and other items, the AGO, Fränk and Fränkie have 30 days and the other items have 14. You can return the whole order or only some of it.
  • These periods apply to orders placed from 28th October 2026. Orders placed before that date keep 30 days.

Conditions

  • Items can be handled as in a physical store.
  • The AGO Film Processor is meant to be tested. Develop film with it. Using it for its actual purpose does not reduce your refund and does not affect your right to return it.
  • Return items complete, with all parts and accessories. Use the original packaging if you still have it. A box that looks used is not a problem.
  • Opened chemistry and other consumables cannot be returned, for safety and hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  • Tell us within your return period, 14 days, or 30 days for the AGO Film Processor, Fränk and Fränkie. Use the form at vintagevisual.eu/pages/right-of-withdrawal or email support@vintagevisual.eu.
  • Return the goods within 14 days of notice or provide proof of shipping.
  • We cover return postage on the AGO Film Processor, Fränk and Fränkie. Contact support and we will arrange the return label or refund your postage.
  • If you send an AGO, Fränk or Fränkie back in the same parcel as other items from your order, we cover the postage for the whole parcel.
  • For all other items, return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • The same EU consumer law refund rules apply to the 14 days and to the 30 days.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation notice.
  • We may delay refunds until items are received or proof is provided.
  • For items other than the AGO Film Processor, refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of use beyond what an in-store inspection would involve.


Complaints & Faulty Items 

Items are covered for defects that appear within 2 years of delivery. In the first 6 months, defects are assumed to have been present unless proven otherwise. To File a Complaint

We will offer a repair or replacement free of charge based on what’s most reasonable and mutually acceptable.
