Unable to connect to AGO via Wifi
If you can’t connect to your AGO or have a wifi problem? Here are some potential solutions.
Connecting to Wifi
First let’s go through the process of connecting to AGO Wifi.
- Make sure your AGO Wifi is set to ENABLED by going to Settings -> Firmware update -> Wifi Web Server. You can use right arrow to highlight the DISABLED mark and use UP / DOWN to change it to ENABLED.
- Now you can see your AGO’s web server info. IP should be showing number format other than 0.0.0.0. SSID should be showing AGO and PASS is 12345678. If your IP has not changed from 0.0.0.0 make sure the Wifi is enabled again.
- Connect to AGO wifi. Open your computer wifi connections and find “AGO”, connect to it using PASS “12345678”. Check that you’re connected.
- Open your computer browser (Chrome or Safari for example) and type in the IP shown on your AGO screen “10.10.10.1” and hit enter.
- Wait until your AGO page loads in on your browser.
