If Your AGO Is Noisy or Making a Rattling Sound

Hearing an unexpected sound from your AGO? Some sounds are completely normal, while others may need attention. Here is how to tell the difference.

Normal Sounds

The AGO Film Processor has a built-in tilt sensor that can produce a faint rattle, similar to a small metallic ball moving inside. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

When to Contact Support

If you hear a louder or heavier noise, as if a larger part is loose inside the machine, this may require inspection.
