AGO WiFi Connection Troubleshooting
The AGO Film Processor connects to your computer over WiFi, allowing you to update firmware and customise processing programs. Follow the steps below to get connected.
How to Connect Your AGO to WiFi
Step 1 Enable WiFi on your AGO
Go to Settings → Firmware Update → WiFi Web Server. Use the right arrow to highlight DISABLED, then use UP / DOWN to change it to ENABLED.
Step 2 Check the screen
Confirm the following on your AGO display:
- IP should show a number other than 0.0.0.0
- SSID should display AGO
- PASS is 12345678
If IP stays at 0.0.0.0, go back and make sure WiFi is set to ENABLED.
Step 3 Connect your computer to the AGO network
On your computer, open your WiFi connections and find the network named "AGO". Connect using the password 12345678.
Step 4 Open the AGO interface in your browser
Open any browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) and type the IP address shown on your AGO screen into the address bar. This is usually 10.10.10.1. Hit enter.
Step 5 Wait for the page to load
Wait until the AGO page has fully loaded in your browser. You are now connected and ready to update firmware or edit programs.
