Develop paper and large format film up to 8×10"
The REEL – Paper 5 fits Paterson 5 tanks and larger, handling paper and film up to 8×10 inches. Develop RA-4 colour paper, black & white paper, or large format sheet film—all with rotary agitation using the AGO Film Processor. A practical option if you lack space for traditional trays.
Note: Not compatible with staining developers when processing film.

Frequently asked questions
The things photographers ask us most.
Prints up to 8 x 10 inches (20 x 25 cm) in standard RA-4 colour or B&W darkroom paper. It fits all Paterson Super System 4 tanks.
No. For RA-4 colour prints, AGO gives precise temperature control and consistent rotary agitation, which matters for colour accuracy. For B&W paper development, hand agitation in a standard Paterson tank works fine.
Paterson Multi-Reel 5 and 8 tanks. Use the smaller tank where possible to keep chemistry volumes down.
Not on its own. The Paper 5 holds paper up to 8 x 10 in. For 5 x 7 prints, the REEL – 5×7 inserts inside the Paper 5 reel to guide the paper strip correctly. The REEL Bundle (Paper 5 + 5×7) includes both reels together.
