Temperature Compensation

AGO monitors your chemical temperature and compensates agitation time so you can achieve consistent results with each development.

You no longer need to meticulously maintain the chemical temperature; you just pour in the chemicals within the right temperature range.

AGO takes care of the rest by continuously monitoring the temperature and automatically adjusting the processing time during the process, guaranteeing consistently perfect negatives every time.

Automated Agitation

Featuring both horizontal rotational and vertical stick agitation modes.

While we typically recommend the rotational mode for its chemical efficiency and compatibility with time compensation, you have the flexibility to adjust the default agitation speed and intervals for both agitation modes according to your personal preferences.

Less Chemical Consumption

With horizontal rotational agitation you can save up to 60% on chemicals depending on your use case and the size of Paterson tank you decide to use.

Compatible with Paterson Super System 4

Use every Paterson Super System 4 developing tank from the smallest 1-reel tank up to the biggest 8-reel tank. Develop up to 8 rolls of film at once or develop photographic paper with a special reel developed by Vintage Visual.

You can connect to your AGO with Wifi to modify and create your own programs for processes and keep the software updated.

Fun with the Ago film processor this morning. A lonely 35mm roll of Lomo Potsdam that must’ve been kicking around for about 3yrs! It got a dunk in DDX today and I’m delighted with the results. That processor really makes things simple.

Holy moly put the AGO through the wringer today and it was a dream. 11x 135 rolls, 2x 120 rolls, 4x 4×5 sheets color development with the Arista 1qt kit. This used to be an all day endeavor to get this many rolls through in one go, but got it down to ~3.5 hours today (had to take a break to feed the baby). $40 kit breaks down to $2.86 per roll (counting 4 4×5 sheets as 1 roll). Everything has to dry so I can scan tomorrow but looking at the negatives I’m ecstatic.
